⭐ The Eagle Scout Rank
Eagle Scout is the highest rank in Scouting America, earned by fewer than 4% of all scouts. It requires the completion of 21 merit badges, demonstrated leadership, and a significant service project that benefits the community. Troop 128 is proud of every scout who has achieved this distinction — each one a testament to the program's values and the dedication of our leaders and families.
