Many families have been volunteering for the OVC for years and are accustomed to having two meetings for the OVC.  Given how busy families are and in trying to value everyone’s time, we are only having one meeting this year.  Attendance at the meeting is mandatory for participation in the event.  We are offering two opportunities to attend this mandatory meeting.  Please mark your calendars for either Wednesday, April 10 at 6:30 pm OR Sunday, April 14 at 4 pm for your family to attend.  Remember, you only have to attend one of these meetings.  All family members that will be volunteering are required to attend.  Both meetings will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, 6190 Telephone Rd., Ventura.  

If you have an 8x10 utility truck and/or a flatbed trailer that we can borrow for the days efore and including ride day, please respond to this email and let me know.  We generally rent a truck and trailer but the more we save on expenses, the more money goes into your scout’s account.
