Hello Scouts,

I hope everyone is having an amazing time at summer camp!  The Summer court of honor is fast approaching and is scheduled for Friday, August 30.  The deadline for board of reviews for rank advancement and also submitting completed merit badge blue cards to be recognized at the Summer CoH is on Thursday, August 22.  If you need a board of review please let me know ASAP so we can get it scheduled on or before August 22.  Board of reviews will not be scheduled on the same day as a scoutmaster conference.  Scouts may request and schedule a board of review with me after they have been signed off on their scoutmaster conference for that particular rank, so please plan accordingly and get your SMC completed by 8/15 if you want a BoR by 8/22, but really the sooner the better.  The best way to get in contact with me is via email, please email me using my personal email address only at BTBarker1@aol.com, or you can also find and speak with me at the troop meetings.  I will be out of town the first week of August so if I don't respond back to your email quickly during that particular week don't worry, we will definitely get your BoR scheduled for when I'm back in town.  If you have any questions please let me know.
