Summer Camp 2021 - Piru

Michael Marson

07/25/2021

Troop 128 did our own Summer Camp at Lake Piru due to COVID and the uncertainty of other camps ability to provide a summer camp program.

It was hot, but all had fun.

We put up our floating flag pole.

We did water sports, pioneering, astronomy, sustainability, wilderness survival, inventing, camping, first aid, cooking, geocaching, and fishing merit badges along with Trail to first class sessions for each level.

Each patrol got some tubing in also.

Food was great!!

We even had a family night with a big Tri-tip dinner and flag retirement campfire with skits, songs, and jokes.
