Tenth year this can food drive has taken place, First time the troop has built a tree.
We had collected almost 600 cans to build this tree.
In Figueroa Plaza, Downtown Ventura (across from the Mission) there are organizations from all over that build trees (and other things).Corporate sponsors build giant trees. There were four trees that are almost 15’ tall.
Amazing!!
All cans collected go to Food Share at the end of the event.
Fun event and to a good case too!!
